Today, Monday will be like Monday and Friday, tomorrow will be like Saturday and Sunday, Wednesday will be like Monday all aver again and Friday will be like Friday but will seem like Wednesday.

I was planning to go into the office tomorrow, which would make it like a normal Tuesday. But I think I'm going to go fishing in the morning and then the office for a bit in the afternoon, so it will be like a normal weekend :icon17:

Good luck with it. I've only done a few shoulders (all without foil), but they can stall for what seems like forever. My wife then starts bitching at me to hurry up, so I end up really screwing it up.

Ribs make my life so much simpler :yum:

Ended up using a texas crutch and cranking th smoker to 330F. Got it to 192F and started shredding. It's not bad. The crutch melted the bark so it isn't as crunchy. And keeping it in a crock pot has let all the juice turn into a soup basically. Ribs and london broil tomorrow will fair much better.

Do you do a 3-2-1 method for the ribs? I still struggle to get my "fall off the bone" feel for the ribs.

No, I don't. Personally I hate "fall off the bone," but many people obviously disagree.
