Just bought a rack of spare ribs to try tonight in the smoker. Using hickory pellets in an ANMPS box for way better smoke output and using a digital probe to better measure the internal temps instead of using the built in gauge. Really hoping to not see 75 degree temp swings like on Wednesday...

4 months out of consulting and I still hate being in the office on Fridays. Going to need to arrange some flex work time here soon, I was spoiled with never having to go to the office and I'm still having trouble adjusting back to "normal" work life.

Im the same way, although, I would never drive the Z during the winter.. Im wanting the winter and summer set for my Infiniti..

Apparently the new finance guy we hired is going around the office trying to 1-up me with his base model Camaro.... The one with those cheap 15 inch black wheels, auto, and less HP than the new Civic....

Purchased my hps post maf tubes from a member. Should have done it sooner so i could have them here on saturday. Now have to wait till monday.

Madwi, the smoker is working beautifully now. Im getting +/-25 degree swings which is now tolerable I'd think. The gauge is off by well over 70 degrees. The digital probe is working Marvel's. And the amnps box with hickory pellets are smoking amazingly well. No issues whatsoever this time around. Making spare ribs currently with a 3-2-1 method. Should be done by midnight. Hahahah
