Yeah, I left BBY in 2010, and I still keep in touch with a friends that are STILL there, and they've said a lot has changed.. Its kinda sad.

I know the basics. Studied like crazy before buying one. The one I bought those is riddled with issues I'm thinking. Will attempt again tomorrow with a better thermometer and a different smoking system to see.
