reps out itches..

TheWolfe 07-24-2017 09:58 AM

I did not know this thread existed. With that said, I think I'm in heaven haha :rofl2:

I've done quite a few things (it's the little things :))
- non-res test pipes
- non-res muffler delete
- dragon laminates on my DRLs and reverse lights
- stuff like that

But I've also just recently gotten some 20mm wheel spacers and I've never taken all four wheels off to do a thing before. Is it really as simple as just taking a wheel off, installing a spacer, then putting the wheel back on? It doesn't need to be realigned again, right?

Sorry for nooby questions!!! I may have had this car for like 3 or so years, but that doesn't mean I'm an expert :rofl2:

Why for you change perfectly good OEM plug for cheesy eBay ones? Did you round off the original OEM one?

I'm still running the original OEM drain plug and washer. Never had any problems, no runs, no drips, no errors.

It's just that easy, with one exception... I know with the OEM sport wheels, the OEM studs slightly interfere with the back of the front wheels if running 20mm spacers. In these cases either a little material needs to be ground off the wheel, or the stud needs a short trim. No idea if this is the case with the base wheels or not.

It's an auto. You have way more room since you're missing the correct pedal on the floor. hahahahaha

Got some husky fingerless mechanic gloves. Been using them when driving, since im tired of my oily/sweaty hands gunking up the steering wheel and having to clean it often. May get the full glove version or some other brand that is touch screen compatible. Need to research more.

killrain 07-24-2017 03:18 PM

Dont judge for using gloves when driving! You know not my pain!

DeliriousClam 07-24-2017 03:28 PM

I judge you for the gloves being fingerless. There is no excuse. Use your damn nose or your sausage to control the radio
