PC at work giving you headaches? swap with a new one and reimage the old. Done.

It's all I do at this point now that we have proper images set up. Throw everything in the cloud, nuke desktop with image and give it back.

Why not? If everything is up and running and only one troublesome WS, why waste the time diagnosing and fixing when you can have them back up and running in production in 10 minutes. If you really want to dive into it, do it back in the office when there is no downtime to production.

Mainly because I don't feel like listening to the user complain. Sitting and fixing is quieter than saying I'll just reformat it quick.

That is what I mean, swap in a freshly imaged PC and take the offending one back to your office. No need to have prolonged exposure to the users. That only leads to more work :icon17:
