Maybe 19s if they'd fit. I'm not sure how much massaging I have to do to make it work. You can see how big even an 18 inch is.

18's will still look fine, I dont see a need for 19s or the effort to fit them. Thats just me though.

Changing tranny and differntial fluid on two cars this weekend.

Get the siphon pump.

madwi 07-15-2017 01:18 PM

Any of you with F.I. exhaust, can you use the rear diff for jacking or no? some pics look like you can and others the exhaust would be in the way. :icon14:

killrain 07-15-2017 02:28 PM

Went to the Hyundai dealership and got 75w85 tranny fluid for the Kia at $8 a quart.Nissan dealerships charging $20-$26 a quart. F-that!

madwi 07-15-2017 03:04 PM

Went for a nice cruise in the Z. Cant believe how many people still stare at the car. Pulled EWs Z out and cruised it to a new parking space, about 20 ft from where it was. :icon17:

I need to swing by and drop off some things.. ie. oil, filter, the hood vents, and some other small stuff.

eastwest2300 07-15-2017 03:08 PM

I finished data logging today. I think next weekend or the following I am going to pull the seat out, mount the amp and crap and if it gets here, the RJM v3 pedal from Jayhova
There is so much wiring to do. If you are good with a soldering iron, i'd be grateful for the help. I also need to order some shorter RCA cables.

That might be cutting it close to your vacation time though.

ahhhhh dude, I hate to tell you this... BUT, even though soldering is probably the way to go, I am not a big fan of doing it, it just takes soooo long.. I usually use the small/clear butt connectors.

eastwest2300 07-15-2017 03:14 PM

That RJM pedal is a pain in the azz... I've got one in my Z, im not sure if you knew that or not.

eastwest2300 07-15-2017 03:15 PM

I would say, if you're gonna pull out the seat to mount your amp THAT would be the opportune time to install the pedal (with the seat out)

eastwest2300 07-15-2017 03:15 PM

it makes life soooooo much easier

Yes, i helped you with the pedal sensor.

eastwest2300 07-15-2017 03:19 PM

the only thing I've only soldered is my radar detector cord got frayed, and room/space was of the essence.

I do it correctly, the first time. Yes, heat shrink.

madwi 07-15-2017 03:28 PM

There should only be about 10 wires to solder.
