Car title transfer mistake question
 

Hello buddies!
So I am buying a used car from a private seller and I just noticed that he made a mistake by putting his both names and signatures on both Owner 1 and Co Owner 2 sections.
He is the only owner and I don't know if this is a huge mistake where DMV will reject the title transfer.
There are two sections where it says seller's name and signature but it didn't say anything about how if there are two owners, they both have to put their names and signatures so he must have got confused and he supposed to put his name and signature on both sides.
I am NJ resident and if anyone had a similar situation, can someone please help? Is this is huge problem? I am just worrying that DMV won't accept this title...

UPDATE : They didn't care at all XD it went through like nothing happened haha.
Hope anyone sees this post would not make same mistakes as my seller did!
