What do you buy your spouse after so many years?

So I'm trying to figure out what to get the missus this Xmas. I have a few ideas, but the problem is that she just doesn't talk about material things. It's all about getting stuff for the kids and the house. I'm surely not going to buy her appliances or cooking tools, although there might be something she might want.

I've given her jewelry of every kind which I know she likes, she's banned me from buying her clothing, we've got a nice house but I'm not allowed to decorate it, and she doesn't like or wish for designer items or expensive name brands.

Am I lucky or what? :happydance:

So for you guys and gals that have been in the relationship for a long time, what did you do to keep it interesting? Let's keep it clean since this is the 'safe' lounge.

Does she like wine? Maybe a few bottles of good spirits?

Yeah, that never fails. I've done that a few times, but I'm sure she could always be spoiled with a trip to the day spa. Good idea!

I thought about that the other day when I saw a B&B. It might be an option when her mom comes to stay with us for Xmas.

She does! Not a lot, though. She only drinks it when I buy bottles and share. She usually drinks when we go out for special occasions or throw a party at home.
