I thought about the same thing the other day. I'm in the process of finding a new place. Condos just won't do.

Need a townhouse or house to get a standalone garage. I already have plans.

If I go with epoxy coating, I would hate to cover it up. I love the look of the 3-step coatings. But I think the swisstrax would look great as well and my floor would always "look" clean.
