Well, my contractor has impressed me again.
I had him swap out 12 phones at an offsite plaza. He was to replace the existing phone with a new phone. That is it. Replace old phone with new phone with same extension (written on the box!). He just willy nilly replaced phones at random. You can imagine the fun that was had trying to figure out who's phone was where in a building of about 200 people.
