There's a guy that has a setup like that.... but... it is big enough to drive a full size diesel lusher motorhome into and ride it down to his underground 'garage'

I remember a guy in Utah, I think, that was battling his HOA and they wouldn't let him build a bigger garage so he said FU and built it underground.

I could never live in an HOA neighbourhood. And the fees are the least of the reason.
