1. 0 Celsius = 273.16 Kelvin. And temperature can not be less than 0 degree Kelvin based on thermodynamics. So if by "twice as cold" you mean 1/2 the energy, then the answer would be 136.58 Kelvin = -136.58 degree Celsius.
