hahaha, pretty sure I am old. 27 and I somehow hurt my back shoveling yesterday.

Lein, you know there are well-qualified, hot chicks out there. The challenge is, you can't ask for newds during the interview process...

Best tip I can offer is to read through them all and sort by simple yes they can do the job or no they can't. Then sort the 'yes' pile by length of experience. Odds are in your favor that you will get someone competent & cute....

Just don't tell the gf you hired some hot chick.... might be bad....

First mistake: no 'shovel' snow..... push the snow out of the way. Unless you are Hulk Hogan, lifting and turning with a shovel is a great way to injure yourself (as you found out) or cause your gf to collect on your insurance... when you flop over from a heart attack...

Use the shovel like a mini-snow plow and push it out of the way. Yes it takes longer, but it is much easier on the body.

I usually use the snowbower but was in a rush yesterday and just dug a quick path to the cars.

I've got some iMacs on eBay for sale, one 20" is functional as a desktop, one 20" has OS X server on it, with no server code, and a 20" that needs a HDD & OS & a 21.5" that needs a HDD & OS. Search "Ghostvette99" on eBay.
