Hello!

Got a new belt drive garage door opener because the old one was just getting too noisy. SO much quieter. Also as an added bonus, none of my cars homelinks now work. Supposedly it is because of the "increased Security 2.0 standard". But Chamberlain is happy to sell me a bridge for another $25 that will make the cars homelink work again.

My Chamberlain bit the dust couple days ago. The gear on top that drives the chain came off and doesn't seem to be any serviceable way to repair or replace it. Planned obsolescence I suppose

Belt drives are good. Very reliable too. And mines just a sears one. Lol

our thermostat has a problem with swing settings.. even with a 1-1.5 degrees swing i can hear the blower running long durations with the gas solenoid turning on/off..

my ghetto remedy? place box top over thermostat. lol i think dere's some draft in da hauz.

sometimes its a coach accessory box lid..

sometimes its a chocolate box lid..

sometimes its a rc car parts box lid..
