I remember helping (get in the way of) my dad installing the record player, 8 track and all kinds of audio goodies when I was maybe 5. I think it was then I learned to cuss, a lot.

We would chill and listen to "oldies" for hours.
All of the stuff back then had to have giant shelves.

I love the tropical weather too! I am hoping global warming will bring palm trees to Lake Michigan
