Mine can go about 50-60 with enough room but it drains the battery really fast. But the speed limit from the FAA is 100 mph.

I heard the horrid customer service and having to send it back to DJI were the main reasons people complained about DJI

Buy the 3dr solo like MB mentioned. I have the DJI3. And while it's a very VERY good copy or, the Solo absolutely murders it. stability, parts, controls, speed, etc.
