If you are talking about the small tower on the right side of the road, that looks like telemetry equipment to me. Possibly a weather station.

That's what I thought initially too, but just too many cameras on it to be a weather station.

Get some closeups of the different pieces of equipment and maybe be can figure something out. See if there is a company name on the fence or boxes that can be traced.

Just a guess, but maybe it's used by farmers to monitor crops.

It's a weather station.

Not only does this remotely gather and send weather information, the cameras can give real time 360-degree views, assisting in remotely anticipating an approaching storm or front.

Got a reply from the county. It is a weather station, and the camera is to give them a visual when needed, mainly for maintenance purposes, esp during winter.
