Road Trip

I've been thinking about going for a road trip. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestion/recommendation/advice/etc...

I'd be willing to detour to meet anyone on the way.

few things i'm worried about(I will update as I come up with new ones):
  • CSC failing
  • Getting pulled over for speeding

Looks like a sweet drive, I would go back through Canada, just for a change, and east of MB it's nice, as is west of Calgary...

What kind of KMS do you have? CSC will last a while if it's the OE one.

You will get pulled over, non stopping that. LOL

Or if you want to stay in the US, once in Van, go south along the PCH (hwy 1, 101) to San Fran and then back across.

34k miles. everyone keeps saying I should rent a car so I dont worry about the Z.

Will I get pulled over just for having Ontario plates? I'm not looking forward it

I would much rather do the Canada side on the way back

Most of the midwest states are beyond boring. You'd have a better time just traveling south all the way to Mexico along PCH or similar. Lots and lots of canyon roads in CA to explore, southern CA especially.

If you get a ticket, consider it the price of admission.

Avoid chicago... You might get shot.

Looks like a fun trip! I would agree if I was doing it would travel back through Canada

I know you prefer CAN. If you change your mind, a nice one to take going back is to go down (we'll buy you dinner) to SoCal and then through Route 66. Much more to see and more Nissan techs/tuners along the way.

34k,you should be fine, I was over 100k before my OE one went.
no on the plate, but yes when you speed. Lol
I say drive the Z, it's what it is meant for. I did countless road trips in my Z, LOVED them all!
