I learned a great deal abut coffee production last week.

In fact, after the roasting and then grinding comes a critical step. It is called 'de-gassing" where they allow the released gasses to escape before packaging. Otherwise, the packages, K-cups, bags, cans, etc. explode.

De-gassing made me think of Mr. EW for some reason.

Morning y'all. Other than swinging by Discount Tire to have my tire repaired (hopefully), there is nothing on the agenda. Well, except for continuing to look for a car for my daughter; buy Mother's Day cards and gifts for my wife, mom, and mother-in-law; and, wash, clay bar, and wax the Z and the Highlander.

my G passed emissions with flying colors.

did some shopping, got fuel on the way back and worked on some bills i couldnt get to earlier in the week.

had some noodles for lunch, going to take a quick nap and decide if i want to pull out my STI or not.. was too wet this am to pull out my Z.
