I don't want to this come off as sounding racist, but I wonder if Mr. Carl has a good Cuban sandwich recipe. Just found out the GF has never had a cuban nor even knew what it was. I haven't had one since I visited Florida 3 years ago. Never made my own.

Pretty please! lol, I plan to make them wednesday. i'm thinking about braising a pork roast in the oven, getting some smoked deli ham, and using my panini press for it. Need to find cuban bread or something close to it also.

Best Cuban food I had was in Miami south beach, at Havana 1957.
