good deal on the stretching, i do dat too. the mr.gurney knee bent left/right stretching on my back, followed by stretching my legs (achillies, cavs) den situps, push ups, lunges. i also do the mini sledge hammer exercise for my forearms as i started noticing i was getting quite weak from no-modding cars recently. lol :rofl2: |

I had naughty time with the Gf before leaving for work this morning. Toppled with some high revving fun taking the Z and this Monday is off to a great start! (I just hope I don't get fired at work)
