French toast is a serious rival with bacon for the best breakfast in the world. My wife raves about my french toast, but it's really nothing special. Pretty much any bread you like, a few eggs, milk, sugar, and ALWAYS a couple drops of vanilla - I just eyeball everything. I like to give the egg mixture a light sprinkle of cinnamon before I dip the bread each time. It makes for a nice finish after cooking :D

I'll eat it with or without syrup, powdered sugar, berries or any combination :yum:
