It is exactly that

This top board will have the nitrous electronics in the cutout areas and the bottle will mount right in the middle.
The cutouts are not finished in this pic but I was just triple checking that another 3/4" deeper and the pockets will be perfect height

Nothing like waking up from a nap, looking up hydromax, and seeing penis pumps. I realized my mistake.
