wow that was crazy i was impressed with manny before but this was on another level.... as good as i know he is and as much as i dont care for mayweather...i think floyd would win a unanimous decision by pot shoting him and keeping distance.. the fight would look totally different than the complete domination we saw tonight

but yeah tonights fight is the kind of fights I love to watch, you know you want your fighter to win, but you know that the opponent is going to give a good fight. Cotto did his best until about round 8 or 9 I believe. (def. better than the hatton fight :roflpuke2:) Which remindes me....I should have betted on this fight...ehh but I didn't have $350 on me

Well I wasn't going to watch cause I expecting a 2nd rd knock out, plus I had no PPV. Then my dad calls and asks if the fight was over, so I check for any news when some guy had the fight on his blog :tup:.

Yeah, rd 2 and 3 he was giving out some hard hits, but eventually all of those head shots from pac just made his face swell. At least cotto gave a good fight, can't imagine how BS the mayweather fight will if floyd is going to do just pot shot rather than actually fighting.

Agree. Floyd would pot-shot, take his money then leave while Senior runs his mouth.

Both Mayweather and Pacquiao have beaten Dela Hoya and Hatton. If Manny wants the Mayweather fight, he's gonna have to beat the Big Show first.

I think Arum will set it up and they'll meet at a catch weight of 300lbs. If Manny wins that, then he gets 'Money'.

Cotto's greenhorn corner man caused him to lose the fight in a more dramatic fashion than it should have been. He never once offered any advice or strategy. ie. jab... step to the left .. and left hook.. as that was open against Pacman all night. Don't get me wrong, Pacman is an amazing fighter and I was actually surprised that he took some clean shots so well. Also, Pacman's power seemed more on par with a true 147 which is surprising considering where he started his career at.

the balls in Manny's court right now..Floyd is more than likely going to have to fight Mosley first before the superfight goes down...Floyd will beat Shane (by decision)...then Manny will whoop Floyd's a$$...best pound fer pound fighter of the decade!!
