I know you weren't asking me, but I'll weigh in (no pun intended). A couple of years ago I decided to make a change and dropped about 50 lbs by cutting out sugar and refined foods. This, plus daily cardio and lifting weights should do the trick.

90 minutes in the dojo last night, first 30 minutes worked on one form, next hour was mostly different kicks.

This morning...... stuff hurts....
