Thats a good source of protein

However my stomach can't handle regular milk so i drink lactaid 2% milk.

Regular milk gives me extreme painus and has been the culprit of a few sharts.

Morning everyone. Headed to Corpus Christi. Could be worse ...

I had a dream last night that the Z got pelted by softball sized hail and then got plowed into by a bus

but I checked the garage already this morning and she is sleeping peacefully ... for another 20 min
