if you want to use those for jack stands u need to lift the car from the front under the engine area where u see the cross brace jack point.
I looked at an old photo of mine. I used a jack on the pinch rail and literally right beside the jack, i placed my jackstand. Both probably on the pinch rail knowing my dumbness. My current jack doesn't fit under the front of the car. Was looking into getting a low profile jack.

A set of race ramps are next on the list. Since the space in the garage at my apartment is kinda narrow, it will be easier to back the car out, set the ramps, then drive up to change the oil. Now to figure out where to store them....

yah, raceramps are the shitts. they are excellent quality, light weight, does not slide around, easy to wash, etc. im going to be putting my wife's dd on there too maybe next weekend to wash the undercarriage real nice.

yah, dont place the weight of the car on the pinch rail as the rail will bend.

u can source a low profile aluminum hydraulic jack at harbor freight. i have two of them.

Was thinking of taking a run to harbor freight anyways. A low profile for under $100 or raceramps for $250+.
