Hope you get to feeling better. Back painus is no fun.

Something to contemplate, depending on where the pain is at. Try a little clear soluble fiber, you might have a small blockage that is causing the back pain. Considering it started hurting after reaching for a light object, something might have gotten stuck. I had that happen a few times, some soluble fiber, some porcelain throne time (not as bad as EW, fersure) and all good...

had starbucks, now i'll have to spend about 40 min running to burn it off... and today is frontera day.. might as well be cheat day. -_-

yah, i just pulled my muscle and probably tore something in my lower back. ive had this same pain in the past so im kinda use to it?

crap, i keep forgetting to verify the shape of the gentex mirror neck on my STI.. im thinking about getting a blend mount for my V1.. with the short mirror tap wire.
