i was, but haven't been in a bout a week. plus now i have a cyst looking thing i have to get cut out and get stitched up, so i probably won't be back for another week. but i was making progress and my shoulder was holding up somewhat

My back has gone out a few times over the last few years. I have incorporated
allot of stretching over the last two years before starting my day

Its best to just rest and let time takes its course

If no improvement over the next few days x ray time to be safe
