Got up early and got my gym time done this morning. Think I am going to switch to mornings permanently. Much more motivated and I can do more sets.

I'm with you on mornings Mr Thomas I give
it a 100% .In the evenings my cardio is a level 5 - 6 intensity factor.
My evening cardio programs is a way to stretch and unwind after
a long day.

Clock is set for 4:00am and running when the sun comes up in Santa Cruz on Saturday morning

have a safe and a enjoyable weekend
