Rain was coming down so hard my running clothes and Nike running shoes were soaked within the first 10 minutes

Wind was in my face the whole darn race

No, not yet. The only alcohol i make is apple cider and regular beer. My coworker makes root beer and is not that much different than fermenting an ale.

Shoot, that sucks but i guess if you train hard then it isn't as bad as it could.

My goal in 5 weeks is to be sub 9 mins in the 1.5 mile test i have semi annually. I haven't been that fast since 2009.

when i was 135 lbs and 24.

Funny but todays race called out 2000 runners

less than 300 showed up

Plenty of free t shirts boy's and girl's

mile and half under 9 is moving

Stay healthy
