I don't have a Droid, just posting as an FYI. For tech people I'm sure that's easy to fix, but a huge portion of the general public doesn't have the first clue about such things. If you read through the comments there you'll see how many people don't have any idea how to delete them.

1.) Connect USB cable from computer to phone 2.) Drag notification bar down, click USB notification, and then click "Mount" 3.) Go into the phone as if it was any other removable storage 4.) Find said directory, go into it, delete pictures. Voila. It'd take 5 minutes max. I have no sympathy for the tech-less wonders - they can go buy iPhones and be happy.
