i want a new phone i want the droid x...... but now i hear there may be something new in 2ish months?... im sick of my moto Z 9 .......

The Droid X is a great phone, go buy it today.
I am the type of person who upgrades a lot, I have gone through all the iPhones, the last generation Windows Mobile phones and now on a Moto Droid. The only reason I still have this phone is because my company pays for it and I am not shelling out 400 for an upgrade when my company will in 4 months, hopefully.

Remember, with technology a new item is right around the corner always, but usually it takes a 2 or 3 generation gap to see any real changes.

You mean, any new Androids? (As opposed to "Droid X's")

anyone heard of any new great phones?

Only thing new I have seen is Droid Pro, basically think a blackberry style phone with Android. A few phones are popping up in the FCC and such but no ETA date and no final specs or Android OS version announced.

You really can't beat any Motorola Droid device. The Droid X is awesome. Droid 2 is a great updated version of the original Droid. And Droid Pro is pretty similar to any Android device with Droid branding.

I would like to know...of those people who have Motorola Droid or Droid 2. Do you ever use the physical keyboard?

No, I have come from HTC keyboards and the Motorola keyboard is just horrible compared to HTC (never used BB so not sure how they compare). After having an iPhone and HTC I either use the digital keyboard or if HTC device physical keyboard.
