Morning kiddos!

I have a question for you that are more adulter than I am. What percentage of taxes on a mortgage payment is considered acceptable? I understand that the answers are more of an opinion based on several factors. I'm asking because we are expected to finalize on a house but, now that they are just now getting numbers back to us, we discovered that the taxes were going to be about half of our monthly payment. Is that normal?

yah, ive had sharkfin soup long time ago but dats about the only shark ive eaten. i didnt care too much for it either.

sounds about right i believe. different states have different taxes, but i believe that's how it is here. the house payment may be $800 but with the taxes and the rest of the stuff it comes out to $1,200+

You had bad shark. It should literally taste like stringy chicken.

Also, i gagged at the canned tuna. That stuff just smells rancid.

idk, maybe. it was at a restaurant and my friend had the same thing. his tasted sour just like mine.

Most grocery stores will sell swordfish. It is VERY good. Especially swordfish steaks that are lightly grilled. Pricey, but worth it.

i'll have to check the farmers market if they have it or a h-mart.

i've seen some things sold at the h-mart that i have never seen or heard of before lol.

All my teas arrived. Tested out Milk Oolong first. Literally tastes like creamy butter and leaves your mouth with a silky smooth film almost. Defiantly a weird and acquired taste/feeling.
