The guy at the store was great. They were out of stock, so he showed me a computer in the store where I can order the part. They have a system that allows you to select that the item is out of stock in store, and they will ship it free to your house (they waive any applicable base shipping costs - you still have to pay if you want faster shipping options).

datz one thing i hate about working for my company too. starts off great, customers very happy, i hand-off to team members in asia to handle, suddenly quality goes to shittt.

i get complaint from customer, i get to fix it.
