Wife made us chicken tenders from scratch and, while I don't normally eat fried food, they were

k, i think im going to pull out a DVD for more exercise to exhaust all the beef stew i over ate. toss in a bowl of jello too.

I finally got on the bike, but didn't pedal. I just sat there watching videos on YT.
