any recommendations for wimo type ip on/off switch?

i want to be able to turn on a fan inside my garage remotely for times when its super humid outside and i need to open the garage door when i get home. or in reverse, shut off the dehumidifier in the garage remotely. i dont want to use a timer as i can monitor my hygrometer through the ip camera.

i have a 260z diecast in the loft. :D
