Anyone know if making a claim with the fcc or BBB would warrant a response from panasonic? I just want to screw with them for known fault boards inside their TV's. I've never done anything like this before though.

I'll just keep trolling their social media I guess then. I also sent an email to squaretrade insurance to see if I could buy insurance from them. i'd wait a month or 2, make a claim and send it in if they let me "extend" my warranty. haha. I can't justify tossing out a $1,300 tv when i know what parts are broken. But the parts are sold out everywhere online.

bbb is pretty useless from wat i hear. maybe the fcc. but panasonic is a big company, probably best u try to resolve it at a more local level.

i know for certain B&H (store) screwed the fak out of me a few yrs ago; i will never buy from their store again.

BBB is def useless. FCC has claim forms, but for utilities and not physical goods. Seems like I am screwed. Panasonic won't even respond to my posts. They're banned for life on how they've treated me. Hopefully squaretrade will let me buy a warranty from them for the tv so I can submit it for repairs. The stupid boards for the tv are almost $600 for everything. I can buy a new vizio for that price!

leon- dat really sucks. how old was it when it broke?

i remember my $4000 roland keyboard i bought new broke like 2-3 days in due to an eprom issue. thing is a 85lbs beast, but luckily the store helped me by getting another unit from another store with a production lot number much newer than the one i bought.

lucky for me, its been working fine for 8yrs now. :p
