Thank god. I'm not alone and going crazy!! I had my family listening for it also and nobody else really heard it. 4 freaking hours listening to some jackass yell wooooo constantly. I hate football already. That just added to the displeasure.

yah, finishing basements is a pita. our house has the plumbing for a bath room and all, but never went forward with finishing it as its been our storage area. now with my rc track down there, probably will never finish it. :rofl2:

How many sq/ft? $23k is very reasonable around here. I would actually question the contractors abilities if they came in at that price to finish a full basement with bath.
