That filter I linked is fine, right? It's just slightly longer and was recommended in AK's oil change DIY.

They have that sale around here every once in awhile, but I usually miss it. Walmart is my go to for oil, since it is always priced right. The 5 qts at Walmart and a PureOne filter from local parts store is typically right around $35 :tup:

The Z takes a little over 5qt though. Do you just run with 5qt? I was never sure what to do hahahaha

Yup. That's the exact one I have like 5 of in my garage.

I have done more than a dozen oil changes on the Z, and I have never needed more than 5 quarts to reach the high mark on the dipstick :twocents:

I do keep an extra 1 qt bottle around just in case. But I've never needed it for my Z.

I just bought 6 quarts Mobil 1 5W-30 at Costco for $27.00

Yup. Was going to order some and saw the 6qt deal. And I don't even have to drive anywhere.

I'm talking with amazon customer service again. They're annoying me.. I ordered car oil and it won't get here until Monday with prime shipping. What's the point of prime if it takes over 3 days

Yea yea. Rub it in with your amazing close Costco. Mine is over an hrs drive. Good pizza though. it's worth it at times.
