I went to Jiro's sons restaurant in NYC last year. Nothing has been the same since. No sushi has cost me over $500 though either for a omakase experience.

ure into cooking right? go to japan and try the foods there. the best chefs go to japan for the culinary experience. you have to go there at least once if you call yourself a chef. :)
