Just ordered 2 8oz wagyu steaks direct from j-land. Will be enjoying them with the girlfriend to mark our 1 year anniversary in February.

You are a wise man Mr. Clifford. It's a staple in my house hold to give everything some flavor. I've also found the chili lime flavored type to be really good on tuna also.
