plugs i would use NGK for sure. as for oil burning, it's pretty normal on these VQ engines. my G did it too the first couple of years, completely stopped after about the 4th yr of ownership. unless u need to add like over a quart between the oil change intervals, probably considered normal and ur tech would not say much about it.

Spoke with the guy's insurance company yesterday and got an estimate to repair the dent in my door - $625. Less than I thought it would be. Plus, I'll need a rental.
