My work shift gets me the best of all worlds...and the worst.

I rotate shifts every month.

Shift 1:
M-F 7am-3pm

Shift 2:
T-F 3pm-11pm
Sat 11am-11pm

Shift 3:
Sat 11pm- Sun 11am
Sun-Wed 11pm - 7am

It sucks switching every month, but I get the good and the bad that comes with every shift, which keeps me happy.

We don't do much on our Shift 3 but watch movies (we have 14 52" plasmas on the screen and a blu ray player!) and play dominoes, so it's pretty awesome for that month.

dominoes and tv....thats better then hauling 8000lbs of rubber ballasts around town for 10hrs

....sigh
