Sorry to bother you guys again with medical stuff, but could someone help??

I have been having muscle pain on the inside of my right shoulder blade. At around noon today, the middle of ym spine started to hurt. Something is pushing into my spine or vice versa. It's radiating directly from the middle of my chest closest to my spine. It hurts enough that I feel it into my throat and have almost an acid buildup it feels like. Nothing crazy yet though. I have a slight urge to throw up, but nothing crazy again.

I'm making myself a little nervous reading stuff online about it being my gall bladder or stones. help??

In reading many of your posts over the last several months

It could be a simple case of stress

maybe try a long walk or a
simple lite bike ride

Probably the most stressed I've been ever in life. I appreciate the kind words Mr. Clifford. I'm still going to make an apt with a Dr. just to be on the safe end. No reason for a 26 year old 170lbs guy to be having issues like that.

but Yoga is a great form of exercise and sure has

My girlfriend got me into yoga a few months ago. When I have time to go, its amazing. You're right Mr. Clifford.

If it were gallstones, the pain would be more around your lower ribcage on the right side. It would almost feel like the growing pains your bones go through as a kid.

No pain like that. This is all centered around my back and into my throat.
