Yeah, can be pretty cool. Downtown seems to be getting a lot better. I heard a couple tech companies are moving in to the area. Should help fuel some positive growth.

Yeah, the temps really fell just as you moved lol. 70's on this side of the state. I think it got to high 60's today. prefect for working in the garage and a bit of yard work.

The leaves are just starting to really turn here. Should make for some really good drives through the back country roads.
