any ideas on what to do with a battery that I accidently broke the plastic around the positive post. There is now a gaping hole in the top of the battery and I can see there isliquid inside. Not sure what to do now.

madwi- definitely tape the opening and get it recycled. that acid can burn a hole through metal

when i do battery maintenance i always place those 6 cell caps in a plastic container vs metal dish.

I'm going to pull a Jobe and get an energy drink. Long morning here. We were getting bombarded with SPAM mail again. CFO is calling in a forensics team. This is out of my league. we took our server down for the time being. I traced it to Cali, but it's a dedicated VPN. Meh. My pay isn't worth the hassle and it's almost the weekend anyways.
