Also I like the low vantage point watching my rc cars go around my track so I actually sit on the floor while motoring my RC which took alittle getting use to. :D

On the floor. :) I use my ears to time the off throttle and braking as there is a rhythm.

It helps a bit. I rroll it up and down my back while standing up against a wall. I go for a deep tissue massage Tuesday thankfully. I think it's just from hunching over at work at my desk since I'm at a computer all day. And happy Halloween!
