I am lucky in the blood pressure department -- mine runs pretty low -- usually around 110/60 or so... It is genetic an certainly not due to my lifestyle.

I want to love the RC-F but it's apparently a big heavy turd of a car and at $62K+ it would have to serve as my only vehicle (I guess I could go back to $15K daily drivers but :ugh: ) and the rear seats are pretty useless and it's an automatic, so I just can't get myself to love it.

So -- we are embarking on some major work for the 240Z...

First up:

1. Techno-toy Tuning front and rear control arms plus tension rods
2. Wilwood 300 mm front big brake kit
3. Wilwood rear disc conversion
4. Konig Rewind 16X7 wheels with 205/50/16 Bridgestone RE760

The work commences in a week and a half...

This is Phase 1.

Yeah it's not a bad looking car, but it doesn't look like a $65K car... And the reviews aren't so good.

I wish that Toyota/Scion would have an actual competitor to the Z instead of the stupid 200 hp FR-S piece of crap kiddie car on the one hand and then the $65K automatic-only bloated fat pig RC-F on the other end... This is why Nissan has no urgency to improve the Z; there is not really any competition. People who think the Camaro and Mustang are competition... Belong in a Camaro or Mustang.
