Last year I got a service contract with my oil company and the was the best thing I purchased. Plus it came with a yearly cleaning. Highly recommend doing so if you don't know what you are doing.

I actually have a service that takes care of the A/C and furnace. They were scheduled to be here last week but we had to reschedule, of course this week it is freezing and it is not working lol.
I agree with it being a great thing to have

Meeting went good. I was simply told to not be so upfront about the stupidity that can sometimes run rampant around here. HR lady started dieing laughing when I slammed the ammonia bottle on the table.

Don't screw with the i.t. guy. Even she understood that.
